Daddy, u love me or u love me not?

Guys, I had a very beautiful Iftar ( buka puasa ) yesterday. A few friends and I dijemput berbuka kat rumah kawan. Lauk pauk air tangan bondanya memang menyelerakan. Kawan Nour tu, hanya dua beradik. Tapi kakaknya balik mase raye nanti. So, kami yang tetamu undangan berbuka ni, 3 orang. Dah hujung-hujung bulan Ramadhan ni, masih bersemangat waja. Alhamdulillah.

So, lepas berbuka, kami solat Maghrib dan minta diri. Sebelum balik, salam bondanya, tetibe Nour 'ter'cakap... "mak cik, terima kasih bebanyak. memang sedap. kalau boleh, lain kali jemput lagi eh?". Patut ke tak patut? Hahahahh.... Tapi Nour tau, bondanya tu memang sporting orangnye... Bondanya pun jawab "iye Nour? Sedap? Puas makan? Nanti, mak cik jemput lagi. Ni kene bagi feedback kat aunty yang jual lauk kat pasar Ramadhan tu". Errrrkkkkk.... semua gelak. Sporting kan dier? I love you mak cik.

Ok, cakap pasal LOVE.... OTW balik, jalan tak lah berapa jam. So, si Eja pun drive lah dengan steady nye. Trafict light turns red. Ok. Stop. Kami jeling-jeling tengok gelagat driver kereta sebelah. Masyaallah, beautiful family. Young parents with 2 young children. Agak-agak, bawah umur '5 tahun lah'. The kids look so happy... Maybe, they were OTW to get new baju raya? Who knows, right?

Tetiba, Nour rasa sedih, meluat and anger. None of my business what? Kenape nak emotional? Ehhh... kenape pulak Nour ni? Tak suke tengok orang happy ahhh?

This is what I saw.... and this is what I had in mind. Yes, I saw a happy family... cute 2 little children. Happy faces.

" Mama, Papa, do u love me, or u love me not?" "We love u more than anything in this entire world". Mesti the parents jawab macam tu kan?

"I love my daughter more than anything"

Is this love? When you jeopardised your children's safety? The older daughter was standing and roaming freely on the back seats. The younger one was on her daddy's lap. Sandwiched in between her daddy and the steering wheel.

Wake up people!!! Be critical. Don't be ignorant! Show your love the right way.

A slightest impact can cause great damage. Parents or not, no body wants to imagine what could have happened if we continue the 'tak ape' mentality.

So, parents, reality check..... have you ever put your child in danger without you realising it?

Ingat, parents, buckle up, children on safety seat.

'Be safe now, don't be sorry later'

Uoll got something to share? Share with me and other readers what you have in mind. Selamat berpuasa.
