It's Ramadhan, I'm fasting... and it is hot outside. Raya ( Eid ) is approaching soon... Insyaallah. New moon sighting will be on Saturday, 18th August. Macam mana nak beraya dengan selesa? Honestly, kalau beraya panas-panas, mesti rimas, kan? Tapi, if raining, worst. Macam itulah gelagat manusia, tak pernah puas.
Whatever it is, lets check my chill list. Apa Nour buat to beat the heat!!!

2. Sabun yang ada mint (Minty shower gel)
Nour akan guna shower gel yang ada mint, sebab ia menyejukkan. My favourite??? Mestilah Cucumber & Mint Shower Gel from The Body Shop. Nour bukan promote product, this is my honest review. Nak tahu best ke tak, kene try!!! Bukan sahaja menyegarkan, tetapi juga tidak mengeringkan kulit. I like!!!
3. Spritzing
Invest on face and body mists. Tips hebat, spray lepas shower. Dia ada cooling effect, refreshing and moisturising. Sekarang ada macam-macam jenama dan pelbagai haruman. Body mists ni, boleh juga digunakan masa tengah kepanasan. Sekali spray, wahhhhhh syiok! Satu lagi kelebihannya, it is wonderful at setting make-up. So, tak lah make-up cair! Cuba jangan tak cuba!
4. Facial wipes
Selalunya, Nour akan simpan facial wipes dalam fridge for about 2 hours. Tapi jangan lupa nak keluarkan, sebab sesetengahnya boleh jadi kering. Depending pada dia punya packing. So, about 2 hours, just nice. Guna untuk wipe/dab muka or body. Really works!
5. Cotton
Wear cotton and something comfortable. Laluan trafik angin yang lancar!!! Ceewahh.. Tapi, ramai yang tak minat buat baju kurung guna kain cotton kan? For Nour, comfort comes first before anything else.
6. Kipas
Beli kipas portable ataupun kipas nyonya. Don't bother getting a new portable mini fan if you already have a manual fan ( kipas nyonya ). Nampak kelasss gitu especially, if you have a very nice elegant one. Be a raya trendsetter. Why not???

7. Air... not air ( udara ) hahahha
Minum air secukupnya. Water hydrates you and keep your temperature under control. If you perspire alot, minum isotonic drink to replenish electrolytes. My tips, rebus barly dan sejukkan. Grab it out of freezer before I head out. Freshhhhh......
